Delete your data

Open the app or website, go to Profile → Your data → Delete my account and confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, courses, grades, transcript imports, degree audits, plans, AI advisor chats, calendar feed, tutor listing and notifications, then deletes your login.

If you have Easy Degree Pro, cancel it first on the website under Profile → Manage subscription, so you aren't billed again.

Email support@easydegree.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We'll confirm it's your account and delete everything within 30 days, then reply to confirm.

Payment records are held by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, as required for tax and accounting. We don't keep any of your academic data after deletion.
